Panko Pan-Fried Fish
Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 (6-ounce) tilapia fillets, cut in half lengthwise
1 1/2 cups panko (Japanese breadcrumbs)
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
2 eggs
1 cup milk
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 400, heat oil in pan
2. Combine first garlic, salt, peper and bread crumbs in wide bowl. Combine Eggs and mild in seprate bowl.
3. Dip fish in egg wash then coat with bread crumb mix. Let sit for 1 minute then repeat
4. You must cook all the fish at one time so heat the oil in a pan that will it fit all of it, the pan also has to be oven safe.

. Fry fish on one side for 2 minites and other side for 1 minite then place the whole pan in the oven for 10 mintes.
